We are lucky to have both Sam Altmeier and Jen Squire join us as STEM program facilitators.
Jen Squire: STEM Program Facilitator
Jen comes to us from Banyule Nillumbik Tech School with a great familiarity with facilitating STEM programs, opt-ins and events. Jen has a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry and a Masters in Science Communication, a wealth of knowledge we are extremely lucky to have.
Jen is passionate about wearable technology and finds excitement in uncovering its complexities and discovering innovative solutions. She is a strong advocate for making STEM inclusive for everyone and we are very fortunate to have her join our team.
Sam Altmeier: STEM Program Facilitator
Sam studied at The Gordon and has been teaching many programs in Game Design with a great amount of experience in creative industries. Although he is relatively new to STEM, Sam brings a great deal of enthusiasm and a keen interest in learning more.
His friendly and social demeanour, passion for teaching, and enthusiasm for the subject matter make Sam a valuable addition to the facilitation team. You will be able to find Sam at The Social, always open for a chat and, of course, coffee.
