What is it?

The Geelong Tech School Ambassador Program is a year-long adventure crafted for outstanding Year 8 students from each of our partner schools. This isn’t just an opportunity; it’s a gateway to personal growth, leadership development, and unforgettable experiences.

As a Geelong Tech School Ambassador, you’ll represent your school at the forefront of innovation and technology. Challenge yourself to develop essential life skills such as teamwork, communication, and leadership—all while having a great time! It’s not just a role; it’s a chance to be a part of something bigger, make lasting connections, and leave your mark on the tech landscape.

What’s the commitment?

Throughout the year you will have four full days at the Tech School (or at one of our Industry partners), as well as four afterschool sessions each term.

Full days  (Wednesdays 9am-3pm)

• Term 1:  21^st February
• Term 2:  8^th May
• Term 3:  7^th August
• Term 4:  4^th December

After School Sessions  (Wednesdays 4-5.30pm)

• Term 1:  March 6^th, 13^th, 20^th, 27^th
• Term 2:  May 22^nd, 29^th, June 5^th, 12^th
• Term 3:  August 21^st, 28^th, September 4^th, 11^th
• Term 4:  October 30^th, November 6^th, 13^th, 20^th
