Geelong Tech School staff pay a special visit overseas, assisting with equipment, software and resources for the Global Design Challenge.
Lachlan and Natasha, two STEM Facilitators at the Geelong Tech School recently travelled to Cyprus as part of the 2023 Global Design Challenge Pilot Program, generously funded by the Department of Education Victoria.
They delivered comprehensive professional development sessions tailored for educators at The Grammar School in Nicosia, delving into the intricacies of Computer-Aided Design (CAD), 3D printing, and 2D design.
The collaboration with the teachers and leadership team at The Grammar School was nothing short of exceptional – their hospitality and collaborative spirit greatly enhanced the overall experience. The synergy between our visiting staff and the Grammar School team created an enriching environment for knowledge exchange and skill development.
