A unique opportunity for students to experience a corporate, trade show environment, exploring technologies, processes and innovation in the Advanced Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 sectors.
The Geelong Tech School is organising a bus to take students from our partner schools down to Melbourne for this exclusive opportunity where students will have the chance to:
- Attend a start of day briefing with industry professionals, which provides technologies, skills and pathways context
- Visit key industry stands
- Hear from key employers and training providers
- Browse a bespoke Skills and Training Careers Fair, featuring representatives from TAFEs, Universities and other pathway options
- Enjoy free time on the Exhibition floor

- Places are strictly limited, please book in sooner rather than later.
- This opportunity is suitable for Years 9-12 students interested in Engineering, Industry 4.0, Robotics and Mechatronics, highly recommended for students studying VET in Engineering Studies or a related Headstart Apprenticeship
- Excellent opportunity for students to build early employer networks
- Careers teachers are encouraged to contact students who they believe might really benefit from this opportunity.
- We will require a number of VIT registered school staff to accompany us on the day, please let us know if you can attend.
