Join secondary students in a mentoring role for a three-day Design Sprint from the 28th to the 30th of March.
This is a great opportunity for:
- undergrad teachers to develop teaching, applied learning, and technology skills, or,
- subject area undergrads to link authentically with industries in the Geelong area, or,
- newly graduated employees to develop work-related skills, or
- other tech school staff to experience the Design Sprint, the workings of Geelong Tech School and to connect with staff
Mentors will have the opportunity to work with one of the following Industries: SES, WorkSafe, Ford, Gen-U, Thornton Engineering, and FormFlow.
To ensure the best outcome for the Industry Design Sprint, we require commitment from participants to attend all three days of the event.
Experience working with teenagers would be an advantage.
