Residential development forecasting predicts that the number of dwellings in the City of Greater Geelong is increasing by an average of 2,112 dwellings per annum. There’s approximately 125,000 homes in Geelong now, which means by 2036 we will reach almost 150,000 homes. That’s a lot of homes!
