The Ambassador Program at Geelong Tech School has kicked off this year with a fantastic Geelong Design Week event last Thursday evening.
More than 70 people attended the presentation night to celebrate the achievements of our Ambassadors who undertook the program in 2021 and persevered despite ongoing disruptions throughout the year.
Eight Ambassadors from 2021 talked about their experiences participating in the program. They detailed the skills they learned, what they found interesting about engaging with industry partners and working collaboratively towards a project brief.
The celebration was also attended by 2022 Ambassadors and their families, and 38 new Ambassadors were welcomed to the program, with a full year ahead of exciting workshops and projects at the Tech School.
